The importance of completing the form well was emphasised as candidates were informed that the interview board were going to assess, in detail, the competency questions on the application form and the outcome resulted in a candidate being called for interview or not!!The competency questions were extremely detailed, I completed them to the best of my ability and then Elaine provided me with feedback which I found invaluable. Without Elaine’s support, I wouldn’t have the ideal work / life balance that I currently enjoy. Disappointed with my Leaving Certificate results I didn’t know what to do. I went to Elaine who steered me in the right direction. I am now nearing completion of the first year of an Honours Degree in Business which I am enjoying.
